A team you can hold to account.

Management has proven exploration, development and production experience in Australia and overseas — and, unusually, direct experience of these particular ore bodies.

Why it matters here

GCM draws on a professional network of long-standing colleagues spanning exploration, permitting, mining, engineering, metals recovery and renewable energy production.

The board and directors have decades of experience each in the management and development of mining projects in Australia and internationally, with a particular depth in developing mining and processing facilities. That past delivery is why the company is resourced to take every stage of this programme from approval to production.

Most importantly, this is not a team learning the district. Our geology leadership explored these deposits. Our process manager has treated this ore. Our projects director has commissioned plants of this kind. The conversion risk in this project is low because the knowledge is not being hired in from outside.
