As part of ramping up to full capacity, GCM will be seeking to fill a wide variety of positions, where employees will have the opportunity to grow and develop with the company as each new mine and plant comes on line.
Because the operation is staged rather than built all at once, someone who joins for construction has a path into commissioning, and someone who joins for the first plant has a path into the second. Recruitment, onboarding and community relations are handled directly by our Community, Employment and Sustainability manager.
Wherever feasible, we prioritise local labour and local contractors — a commitment reflected in who already holds land, contracts and shares in this project.
